Herb Ford is a pastor, business professional and athletic coach that is passionate about impacting families and the next generation through the message of faith. For nearly two decades served as the Administrative Pastor at Cornerstone Church-Lima Campus in Lima, Ohio.

At Cornerstone his responsibilities included oversight of 20 ministry departments, the Heir Force Academy Daycare, Shunem Enterprises, special events and growing a thriving youth ministry to nearly 200 students. He has ministered through throughout the U.S., Ukraine, Latvia, Brazil, the Bahamas, Jamaica and Africa. He is the founder of the online weekly program Faith Always Works!
